Ingredients
2 tbsp thai green curry paste
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup tofu (diced)
1/2 cup green bell pepper ( cut into cubes)
1/2 cup pumpkins (cut in cubes)
1/4 cup green pea
1/2 cup basil
2 tbsp yellow chilli
1/2 salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
3 tbsp oil for frying
4 pcs bread
Preparation
1.Stir fry thai green curry paste with oil until aromatic.
Add cocount milk then put tofu, pumpkins, green bell pepper and green peas in and seasonings.
2. Garnish with basil and yellow chillies, serve hot with toasted bread.
