Healthy Vegetarian Cuisine - Yellow Curry Fried Rice

1/1/2 tbsp Yellow Curry paste
1/4 cup coconut milk
4 cups cooked rice with saffron and bay leave
1 potatoes(diced)
1/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Chestnuts
1tsp salt
1tbsp sugar
1 cup golden needle mushroom (fried)
2 tbsp tempura flour
2cups oil for frying

1.Stir fry yellow curry paste in oil until aromatic and then pour coconut milk
2. Add potatoes, nuts and raisins. Seasonings with salt and sugar
3. Add the cooked rice, still well. Garnish with fried golden needles mushroom and friend shallots.
